- RARobert AppellSep 10, 20195.0I was in Venice for a week only and they were able to squeeze me in for a maintenance check. Theresa was very helpful in arranging my appointment. Elvin was on time,professional and knowledgeable. As it turns out i needed a capacitor and a pound of freon which was promptly done. I signed up for a twice yearly maintenance check and got the freon for free. I trust the company and will continue to use them at my condo.
