However, I am only giving Conditioned Air 4 stars because the electrician never showed up and we had to reschedule that part of the installation.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative and he patiently answered our questions. He cleaned up his work areas when he was finished and did a superb job installing our HVAC system. Conditioned Air needs to find a way to keep him on staff as he was probably the best tech (of any discipline) we’ve had in the 8 years we’ve lived here in Venice. Everything is working fine! This was part of the annual service plan we purchased.However, I would not recommend Conditioned Air as I had a previous problem that they refused to acknowledge…would not even return a phone call! - BBBrianOct 29, 20251.0Terrible service. Work was performed but we were not advised on the work that was being done and why it was done. We have only received a very large bill with no explanation from anybody that we’ve tried to contact before we paid this bill. We have called and texted at least 6 times to speak to the management responsible for our account (which we’ve had for eight years) and have never spoken to anybody except a customer service representatives who can’t explain the bill and keeps telling us that somebody in management (Jason Burke) will contact us immediately. Even though we’ve repeatedly tried to connect with him, we’ve only received two voicemails back with no extension and then even when we call back, it seems the people we speak to are not even familiar with who he is? As a longtime customer, I am shocked and highly disappointed at the lack of professional courtesy, and service from Conditioned Air. It seems like the right hand does not know with the left hand is doing over there.
