Bottom line- Babe's asked what they can to for me. I see this as a failure on Babe's part to solve the problem. they came and theoretically cleaned the line but it backed up again less than a week later. called another company and they cleaned the liine and it is still clear weeks later. Since I am not plumbing expert, in my mind, i do not see Babe's work as solving the problem. Therefore, why do they have $900 of my money.
