  Adam, with Babe’s Plumbing, was fantastic! He arrived on the same day as I called for service. He gave an estimate for the service. After authorized, he proceeded to obtain parts and completed the job shortly afterwards. He also stated if parts weren’t available, he would manage to temporarily get water into my home the same day until he could proceed with finishing the job. Luckily, the parts were available and he completed the job promptly! Adam was very patient and friendly, he worked with me on my time schedule. I find in Florida, many businesses are not very dependable, this one is reliable and do what they say-and even go above and beyond! I would highly recommend Adam for any plumbing needs! Highly satisfied! Thank you Adam!

  $99 to show up and give a quote on a standard task, waived if you go with the repair. would not give any estimate over the phone. i guess i should have seen it coming but i had used them before and trusted them. reseating a toilet with new wax ring - $353 for 30-40 min work. that's like $500hr for weekday non-emergency repair. i've done it, it's not a hard job. i paid it, but i just cant use them again and i can no longer recommend them 🤷‍♂️

  Alex did a great job unclogging our main. He was here within five minutes after my initial call, very fast and efficient. Good work is not cheap and cheap Work is not good! Thank you, Alex! I am editing my review as the next day Babe's came out and scoped our drain, which could have been done on the first day because a second plumber came out and should have brought the scope because we had already decided to do it. They came out the next morning (1/20/26) and performed a video inspection, we were told we would receive the video inspection by email. When they finally sent the videos, after 3 phone calls, THEY were not even videos of our main. I called to request a refund and the office gal said she would have a service manager call me back. The service manager did return my call the next morning and tried to tell me that they only send out videos once a week and that the reason they were dated 12/4/25 and 12/23/25 was because they were calibrated on those dates. He clearly was trying to tell me that they were my scopes until I told him the first one was clearly a inside drain with linoleum flooring and the second one was indeed an outdoor main but also showed Marlboro lights and a blue Bic lighter upon exiting the drain, which indeed proved again it was not my video. I truly believe they sent random videos just to get me to quit calling because the real videos were bad or erased??? They should have done the right thing and told us the videos that we PAID for were not readable or accessible and offered to come and redo the scope at that time, not AFTER they got busted! He asked if I paid with a credit card and I said no we paid the $425.00 scope charge by check. This was on top of the $495 that we paid the day before. He then offered to come back and scope and send the right videos this time. I explained that I felt like it was clearly their mistake and I just wanted my money back. Needless to say, the call did not end well. So in retrospect, I do not recommend Babe's plumbing and will never use their services again. And their moto that good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good fits them to a tee, they ARE NOT CHEAP and THEY ARE NOT GOOD!
