They went out of their way to find the parts to fix the problem with my toilet, which another company gave up on). They didn’t even charge me for the time to drive to Sarasota to pick up the parts. I’m very satisfied and will use them again.

I needed to have a tankless water heater installed, and the service I received was so amazing … from an on-site inspection to diagnose the issue to getting a permit issued and having the system installed. The installer —Dave— was someone who really truly cares about his trade, making sure every detail was looked after and checking in with me to be sure I was happy. It was truly one of the most amazing service contracts I’ve had to enter into. I highly recommend advantage. !!

We called them for an emergency weekend main drain cleaning and were quoted $500 for it being "after hours". They came to the house and spent 4hrs clearing the drain and fixing the toilet. The new price came to $1000. After leaving, 2 neighbors approached my wife asking why they were here so long and why did the tech sit in his truck doing nothing for 2 hours. A week after leaving the problem occurred again. I tried calling the company after my wife told me the price we paid and never got an answer or return call from the messages I left. We cancelled the payment and finally got calls from them. When I tried to explain our concerns and complaints and find out why on earth it cost us $1000 the only answer they could provide was 'well the problem was fixed wasn't it?' (which it was not) or "that didn't happen, you never called us, I would have answered and I have never spoken to you." They told me that they would have the owner contact me, they never did. I am sure they have sent us off to collections but I will just have the lawyers deal with that. I am writing this review because I don't want ANY of my fellow Sarasota citizens to be scammed by this company. Don't call them, don't rely on them.

Should I replace all cast iron pipes?
All cast iron pipes should be replaced. Call us today.
What is the life expectancy of a water heater?
The average life expectancy of a water heater is 10 years. Most manufacturer warranties run out around 6 but it depends on style and type.
Should you drain your water heater once a year?
Yes, you should flush your water heater once or twice a year. It is not recommended in Florida to drain your water heater completely as it opens the seal to air, which causes it to deteriorate faster. We recommend that you flush your water heater if it is a steel tank. If it is a tankless heater a decalcification flush is needed to clean the heat exchanger properly.
How do you get chlorine smells and taste out of your county and city water?
You use a carbon-type filter to remove the chlorine from the water supply.
Should I use tank cleaners to clean my toilet bowl?
No, all tank style cleaners contain harsh chemicals that can damage the internals of your tank, leading to catastrophic failure.
Where is my main water shutoff valve?
Everyone should know where their main water shutoff valve is. It is usually against the edge of the house on a vertical pipe. If not, check your water meter. There's usually a backflow with two valves that can shut your water off. If in a condo, by the water heater there's a valve for the main line and the water heater.
Should I shut my water off when I leave town?
Absolutely, even on weekend trips. Pipes corrode water heaters and toilets that have faulty parts. It only takes several minutes for heavy water damage to happen, so shut your water off and turn off the power to your water heater when leaving. There are smart shutoff valves you can install to shut off the water from your phone as long as you have Wi-Fi service.
Why is my water bill so high?
A high water bill can mean any of the following: leaky taps, leaky lines, leaky toilets, inefficient use of water, or inefficient irrigation systems.
I have a sewer smell in my house, why?
Sewer smells can happen by any of the following: dry trap, a bad toilet seal, a cracked pipe, bad venting, or even a stoppage on your drainage system.
