- CWColton webberNov 18, 20251.0Th is company was called by my irrigation system contractor to connect a new sprinkler system to city water. I was informed that my home’s plumbing system is old and needed to be replaced to the tune of $9k dollars. There was fresh sod on the ground and I was out of money for this project so I asked if there was a cheaper alternative to get my grass watered until we can afford the replumb. Tru Plumbing said that there was a cheaper $1400 option that would run the sprinklers in the meantime. Performed the work the next day. Did not generate enough pressure to run the sprinklers. Contractor reached out for follow up with Tru plumbing as this was not performing as promised and they refused to come back out as the work “ was completed”. Had a second company come evaluate the system and was informed the $1400 5’ of pipe solution was never going to work or provide enough pressure and should not have been offered as real solution. Highly recommend avoid this company in favor of any other company as they seem to want to make a quick buck as oppose to providing good service outcomes.
