  Tru unclogged a kitchen sink drain line that was filled with 40 years worth of cooking grease. Scheduling online was super easy, communication leading up to the appointment was top notch, technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and price was fair. Tru has been and will continue to be my preferred choice for all of my plumbing needs. I look forward to working with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else!

  Th is company was called by my irrigation system contractor to connect a new sprinkler system to city water. I was informed that my home’s plumbing system is old and needed to be replaced to the tune of $9k dollars. There was fresh sod on the ground and I was out of money for this project so I asked if there was a cheaper alternative to get my grass watered until we can afford the replumb. Tru Plumbing said that there was a cheaper $1400 option that would run the sprinklers in the meantime. Performed the work the next day. Did not generate enough pressure to run the sprinklers. Contractor reached out for follow up with Tru plumbing as this was not performing as promised and they refused to come back out as the work “ was completed”. Had a second company come evaluate the system and was informed the $1400 5’ of pipe solution was never going to work or provide enough pressure and should not have been offered as real solution. Highly recommend avoid this company in favor of any other company as they seem to want to make a quick buck as oppose to providing good service outcomes.

  Had some neighbors recommend these guys and my other plumber was busy and I needed a shower valve replaced. They got to the quote right away but that was about all I was happy with. The price was high $1100 for a valve but they said they would do copper and get to it the next day. Well there was some sort of mix up, techs and times changed on and the work is aweful. Sure it doesn’t leak but look at these solder joints dripping. I’m worried it will fail. Provided feedback and was told they would call me back. No call no response. I bet this won’t last and they only warranty for one year. Hope this review helps I’ll go back to my old plumber I guess.

Our salon is only closed on Sundays, and they were very flexible with scheduling. They offered weekend or after-hours service so it wouldn’t interrupt our business hours, which we really appreciated. Wayne, who handled our service, was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
