I was able to get a same day service call and JP was able to arrive much earlier than my call was scheduled for. He checked out the electrical panels, provided some recommendations, and in the end I decided to replace all of my detectors. The new 3-in-1 detectors have a 10 year battery so I won't need to get on a ladder to change a battery anytime soon. JP was very professional, very cordial, and the job was finished within 30 minutes. I will definitely call Mr Sparky, and JP, for any additional electrical needs.

Tuesday nobody shows up. Wednesday nobody shows up. Get a call Wednesday night that a tech would be by Thursday morning at 0830. At 0930 the tech shows up. They have zero clue about the work that needs to be done. After I explain what needs to be finished, they don't have the parts and have to go all the way back to the shop to get parts
