Not only did he perform routine maintenance and fully explain everything to me, he also spent extra time taking apart my outdoor unit to allow me to vacuum the leaves AND he pointed out an area that was starting to rust and waited while I painted it with rust oleum before reassembling my unit. This level of service is far above what one normally expects. His employer should give him a bonus!

After some run around from my normal HVAC folks just trying to get some quotes, I did some research and decided to give Gulfshore a call given their positive reviews. I gave them a call on a Friday morning and Greg was available that day to come and review options. He arrived within the indicated window and did a great job thinking through the options available and listening to my input about what I needed the system to do. He then coordinated for he and Jason to come back to review how the proposed systems may fit as I have an older home so the installation space is a little cramped. I approved the estimate and scheduled the work and the installation crew (Rolando, Alejandro, Mark and Steven) arrived when promised and did a great job performing the installation. They were a friendly crew and completed the work with professionalism. They took their time not only to make sure it all worked but that it looked good - not just slammed in so they could get to their next job. I look foward to working with Gulfshore to perform routine maintenance on the systems.
