  Purchased a complete A/C system in 2024. Experienced a minor problem with the circuit board malfunction. I placed a call and a on call technician came out over the weekend to diagnose the problem and ordered the part. Company representative called and set a time for repair. A/C technician Michael arrived and explained the issue in full detail. He inspected the entire system, installed and set up a new thermostat and explained how to operate it. This technician is definitely a professional with his knowledge of the equipment and installation.

  Travis Trent from Gulfshore Air was extremely helpful and skilled in diagnosing the problem with our HVAC system, and providing a temporary fix to make it work while we waited for the broken part. Further, the staff at Gulfshore helped us get the part a day quicker than projected- which was critical, since the part broke on a day when the weather was hot, but the next day a freeze was coming, and the A/C couldn't become a heat pump. Our guests in the home had little children, and I was worried- but Gulfshore came through with not only the temporary solution, but also the long term fix! And- the part was still under warranty on my eight year old system (I had forgotten, but Gulfshore was kind enough to remind me and honor the warranty!)

  Our scheduled maintenance was due about a week ago, we were called when the technician was on his way. Steve and Chris arrived, promptly, and while Steve performed the maintenance checklist, Chris told me about the plumbing service that Gulf Shore AC is adding to their services. Both Steve and Chris were very professional and courteous.
