When I pointed out the issues, they were defensive instead of helpful and made no effort to fix their mistakes. On top of that, timelines were completely ignored. What was supposed to be a straightforward job dragged on far longer than agreed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. There are far more reliable and professional glass companies than Gulf Stream Glass.
