  Scheduled a gutter installation (1 month in advance), and they failed to show up on day of install. There was no phone call or communication to me whatsoever. I called and had the installation rescheduled for the following day. Again, no one showed up nor was there any communication with me. If a company can’t even show up to a job, I can only imagine how inept they would be at installing the actual gutters.

  Unfortunately, the experience and professionalism cannot be less than 1. They never showed up on the scheduled installation date. When I called them two business days later, the scheduler was having a problem with the computer and never called me back. I sent an email to the estimator last week and he said it would be done by the end of the week. Extremely disappointing experience. We don’t need gutters that bad to do business with this company.

  Had a Vern's representative come out to my home to measure cabinets and to provide me an estimate on 2/8/2018....never heard back from them...have made several follow up calls to no avail. Poor business practice!!!!

  Mark and Scott came out to my home today. Today is another very hot day and they smiled and never complained about going into the attic and replacing insulation. Very professional and knowledgeable about the their job. I hope Verns knows the team of Mark and Scott our definitely two outstanding associates. I would definitely use Verns again and recommend them to anyone needing their services.
