Once completed, he went over in detail all actions taken today. I must also give a 5 star to the office staff. They are always pleasant, friendly and responsive. And the tips and tricks to help us keep our AC unit running smooth. I wish that I could give them more stars as they both deserve it. I love how they kept good conversation and was very positive and very nice during this visit. And any visit they've ever came to our house.I highly recommend anyone who needs to get their a c fixed or just maintenance to give yall a call and ask for Greg and Bryan. I explained the issue we were having & she said someone could be out the same day. Not even an hour later, I received a call from Brian saying him & Josh P. would be there in 30 minutes. They even arrived before I was almost back from walking my dog. Brian & Josh P. we're immediately on it. They were both kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They also didn't mind showing our dogg-o some love! Not even 30 minutes later, they found the issue, and got our AC unit back up & running. I would highly reccomend Brian & Josh P. anytime!
