  Greg was here today to do a maintenance check on our system. It's been 2 years since it was done. Davis Bros was recommended to us by our neighbor and we're happy with the results. We just purchased the Gold membership so there wasn't an individual charge for today. Greg was thorough and explained everything he was looking at and why. We learned a few things today. Thank you Greg for a job well done.

  I have used Davis Bros. Cooling & Heating for a few years now, since purchasing a new complete A/C system from them, and have never been disappointed. Their service all around is top-notch! Greg is the service technician that has done the maintenance on my A/C unit, both today and the last time 6 months ago and what a pleasant person. He performs all of the tests and checks thoroughly and quickly. I would like to request Greg for my future A/C maintenance checks. I highly recommend Davis Bros. Cooling & Heating! You will not be disappointed.

  We had a routine maintenance tune-up scheduled with David Bros Heating and Air in Daytona Beach, and the experience exceeded expectations. Matt was our technician—professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and thoroughly, and even identified and resolved an issue we didn’t realize was happening. It’s reassuring to know our system is running properly thanks to his attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  My A/C was dead and I didn't find out until I got home around 5pm today . I called Davis Bros and they said they would have a tech out soon. Two minutes after I hung Greg an Nick called me back and said they would be at my house in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later they pulled up and had my A/C running 10 minutes later. They did a full service on my unit after they fixed it. I can't express how much I love using Davis Bros and a special thank you to Greg and Nick, a couple of great guys, super nice and absolutely know their job well. Thank you

  Buyer beware! I recently stopped by Davis Bros to purchase some air filters and mentioned that one side of my house wasn’t cooling properly. I was told they could come out and provide a free estimate. A few days later, when I called to schedule appointment, I was told there would actually be a $65 service fee. While that was different from what I was originally told, I agreed and scheduled an appointment for 3/30/26. On the day of the appointment, two technicians arrived and inspected the unit inside, outside, and in the attic. They showed me a photo of coils they claimed were from my unit and said the system was near the end of its life, suggesting a full replacement—though they couldn’t guarantee it would fix the issue. When it came time to pay, I was surprised to learn the total was $215—$65 for the service call plus an additional $150 for labor, which had never been clearly disclosed beforehand. This was a significant jump from both the originally stated “free estimate” and the later $65 fee. Concerned, I contacted another AC company for a second opinion. They came out for free, as advertised, performed a thorough inspection, and showed me the actual condition of my unit. It quickly became clear that the photo I had been shown by Davis Bros was not from my system. The second company was able to accurately diagnose the issue and explain the necessary repair. Based on this experience, I will not be using Davis Bros. Transparency and honesty matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of both.
