Tech didn't even take old toilet. I even called the office to inquire about my concerns and I was told because I provided the toilet they don't take it away without a another fee. $300 for installation is enough, and they should change their process to take the toilet. I will think twice before calling RJKielty going forward. I've used them multiple time for heating&air the techs were much better. Disappointed this time.
