He quickly identified the broken flange, replaced an old shut‑off valve, a new toilet and flange, resolving every challenge with skill and efficiency. What mattered most was how he treated us—with respect, clear communication, and genuine care. That level of professionalism gave me confidence not just in the repair, but in the company itself! Because of Joe, I would recommend R.J. Kielty Plumbing to anyone and will call them back without hesitation!

However, my bill was a flat rate exceeding the quoted rate. When I raised the issue and spoke with a manager, they refused to honor the quoted pricing and instead tried to justify the charge by saying that based on what an electrician should be paid for that work, the amount was reasonable. That is not acceptable. Quotes exist to set expectations, and changing the price after the work is completed without approval is misleading. Homeowners deserve transparency and honesty. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of.

After the acquisition, we were invoiced at a significantly higher rate with the time they stated and the time billed for on-site work was substantially overstated. We had an established working relationship with the previous owner and completed many projects under agreed-upon terms. When we learned the business had been acquired, the new ownership assured us that all pricing would remain unchanged. That assurance proved to be false. Based on our experience, we recommend considering alternative providers rather than R.J. Kielty. This groups should’ve done the right thing and upheld their word honoring what we were expecting to pay from previous services.

Most importantly, he arrives ON TIME, and did great work in installing our water filter/softener and warranty service on our water heater. He is friendly, professional, and efficient when it comes to providing service and a pleasure to work with. Part of the reason we remain loyal to R.J. Kielty for our plumbing needs.

From the time he introduced himself he represented Kielty Plumbing in a manner that would make any employer proud. After I showed him the location of the well equipment he went about making the repair. I would occasionally ask him if there was anything I could do to help and he would kindly let me know that all was good. I’m the kind of old man that thinks I still have something to offer but he accepted my interruptions with respect and went about his work. Joseph is a credit to your company. You've got a winner there! Thank you.
