I need these parts so I can file claims etc. why are you getting rid of evidence? The plumber diagnosed the leak as a faulty gasket but I asked other plumbers for second opinions and they said it was poor installation. So the diagnosis was wrong. What a headache. Also they will send you a text after your service to rate 1-5 stars if you click 1 star the webpage doesn’t let you move forward. It only says “update your comment”. You have to click 5 stars (didn’t check 2-4 stars) and then the page will let you know post the review. Very sketchy and unethical for reviews.

Needs more of a straight flow and I will have this done before summer heat. He was an excellent technician and gave off confidence in what he was doing.

Manny Rodriquez was the technician who came out for the service call and he was extremely personable and efficient. He did a full review of my sinks, toilets and showers/baths. I will always request Manny for service in the future.
