  Kory the service rep contacted me prior to coming and gave a estimate on the time of arrival. He was spot on very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave a very honest assessment of the question I had about my attic insulation which I was very impressed with. This led my to ask about other services they offered and he spent plenty of time talking with me about those. I would absolutely recommend giving Paradise Home Services a call with any questions or quotes you may have. Thanks again Kory!

  Scott T. wasn't only competent and energetic, he had a pleasant personality also - the whole package. I always wondered what Paradise Home Services did, and we gave them a call, got a surprisingly quick appointment and the master shower leak and outside faucet were repaired in record time. Now there's less STRESS in knowing repairs are only a phone call away! Thank you Scott T., and thank you Paradise Home Services for being here!!!

  Robert was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His company had excellent communication from the first phone call through the arrival. Robert was on time and was able to quickly diagnose, estimate and repair my plumbing issue. He also spent the time to look at some other concerns and issues and provide me with an estimate on site. I feel that the price was fair and the work was quality and professional I will definitely use this local company again and will personally ask for Robert.

  Matt and Caleb were the two most professional contractors I've had do work for me, perhaps ever. The amount of detail to wipe all the fins of the blower motor and air handler, setting a digital UV clock outside of the cavity where the owner can read it, and taking each duct cover off and washing it outside, spraying the duct boots with spectricide as well as pumping it through the ducts...staying to answer questions, helping us with where to send warranty registration to get free uv light bulbs...pointing out what screws to remove so we can change it ourselves if desired. Awesome, just awesome.

  The reason I called this company was because I thought it was privately owned. They are contracted through Home Depot and it has the logo way at the bottom. Plus the only reason I found out was because the lady that did my pipes was like here is the form to sign for Home Depot and I’m like no I called the actual company and she was like whoops that was the wrong form. I will from now own find someone that does this type of work on their own because I was told 654.00 to change pipes and a basket strainer was wayyy tooooo high! Also I still haven’t received my email with my receipt! She said that she would see if her boss would give me a discount to put a new sink in since I spent all that money for the simple service I received! Took them less than a hour! I still haven’t heard back from them yet so I guess that’s a no. But I will for sure skip this company for my next need!
