While he was here, he discovered that the hot water heater was actually on fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Chad immediately took all the proper precautions to make sure my home and family were safe and that we were comfortable until repairs can be completed on Monday. He explained everything clearly, stayed calm, and handled the situation professionally from start to finish. He was friendly, flexible, and very professional, and I truly felt like he cared about our safety—not just the job. I’m incredibly grateful for his quick thinking and thoroughness. Highly recommend Chad to anyone needing plumbing services!
