The install went great and Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Paradise again!

Although he was there to install a toilet, I had questions about the hot water heater Kim and Taylor installed the week before. Chad explained how to drain the hot water heater and found the electrical fuse to turn it off. Chad went above and beyond to explain important information about my new water heater. Taylor and Kim were super professional and courteous. You have a great team.

Unfortunately he did not even know what an Insinkerator was and tried to tell me that things were different here in my area. He gave me a price of over $800!! to replace my disposal. When I inquired further about pricing and went to look up the prices on the internet he started backpedaling on the pricing. I told him to leave and I would happily pay the $69 to get them out of my house. At this point he just decided to wave the fee and leave. He was very polite the entire time he was trying to take advantage of me.

Replaced bathroom sink faucet cartridge, two tub faucet cartridges and a single handle shower cartridge that presented a problem,(collar ring was not able to be removed) Caleb using his skills, was able to cut the ring off without damaging the rest of the valve hardware! Great communication with us throughout the job! Knowledgeable, informative, courteous, efficient and asked alot of questions to better understand the repairs required. Did not waste time. Worked well as a team. Left the job site the way they found it, clean! Both of them made you feel comfortable. Highly recommend using Paradise Home Services. Caleb and Kim were great!
