  Complete and utter DISASTER! Avoid avoid avoid this company! Craftsmanship -0, grouting cracked, tile cracked, membrane not installed, hollow areas throughout ENTIRE HOME, glue everywhere, baseboards ruined. Complete MESS! I have written PROOF from the builder stating the installation was garbage and needs to re-done! To the owner, you VERY MUCH have me in your files! FYI, your team just hit me up with a $47K estimate to repair YOUR crap work! Lack of integrity and reponsibility is Wayne Wiles' ongoing theme and I echo that... more to come!

  I had a good experience with Wayne Wiles. I had new vinyl flooring installed throughout my condo. Tyler was very helpful in answering questions about materials, colors, etc. and setting up the job. The job was done promptly, the prices are competitive, and the new floor made a big difference in the look of the condo.

  Being a commercial real estate builder/developer for 25 years, I have been very impressed while working with Daniele McCormack on my commercial developments but also helping to create a new interior design for my personal residence. She has helped me with some of my very discerning commercial tenants who enjoyed working with her, in part, because of her responsiveness and her creative and innovative design suggestions. (Very important in my business.) I recently visited Wayne Wiles’ new showroom and was not surprised to find that it’s layout and displays were organized to make selections efficiently and quickly from a wide variety of products. Without really thinking I needed some "updated" ideas for my own home, she suggested some “touches” that I, frankly, would never have imagined.
