  We couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by QCI for mitigation of water and mold damage caused by an AC failure in our Naples Condo. Steve Delgado and his team are excellent - very professional, easy (and pleasant) to work with and responsive. From the rapid same day response and initial assessment by Steve, regular communication, to the speed and high caliber work throughout the project - it was a very well managed project. We found our damage when we arrived for Thanksgiving, and all the work was completed at our request by the time we came back for Christmas. This work included mold mitigation, replacing some walls, doors and all the flooring, and painting most of the condo. Steve is an expert and prepares very detailed reports of the damage and work completed, including mold testing results, materials and labor, and numerous before and after photos. It was very easy to simply upload his agreement and reports to our Insurance website. We haven't received a final determination from insurance yet, but I assume Steve's proposals and reports put us in the best position for receiving maximum insurance compensation. This was simply the best experience we have ever had with any type of service or rehab related work, and we highly recommend QCI Mold and Water Damage. Patrick and Denise B.

  Steve is very responsive and helpful. When I needed someone to test for mold on short notice, he was at my home within 30 minutes. He also quickly got me my inspection report on short notice. Hopefully I don’t need a mold inspector again, but if I do, I’ll know who to call!

  Stephen is very professional and goes above and beyond. We hired 2 companies before him who couldn't pinpoint the problem and Stephen was able to find all the mold in a 6000 sq/ft home.
