  We were very pleased with the service provided by Michael Horn of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Around 8PM I called the company that serviced our air conditioner last month. They said they couldn’t get to our house until the next day. Then I called One Hour and Michael arrived in one hour. Before Michael arrived, we were sent a text message with his picture. Michael quickly fix our air conditioner. We will definitely call One Hour around Air Conditioning and Heating Service first next time.

  We had a new unit and all ductwork replaced. Hebreu Lubin, Yosmely Quintana and Garry Paxson were all very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasure doing business with them.

  I’m signed up for the annual maintenance for both units. I appreciate the reminder texts letting me know when it’s time to schedule. I request Cemy each year because of his expertise and excellent customer service. He takes time to educate me on tips and tricks to observe throughout the year to get the most out of our AC systems. Highly recommend and appreciate the excellent service all around!

  5‑star experience from start to finish I called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Naples after a major issue with my AC. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and handled a warranty claim without any hassle even though it was an expensive repair. That level of honesty and follow‑through is rare. They sent technician Emilio to do the repair, and he was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and clearly proud of his work. He explained everything, worked efficiently, and left the place clean. Emilio is a true 5‑star technician; I will request him every time. Because of how smoothly the whole process went, and how they honored the warranty without question, I will use this company again in the future, no doubt about it. Highly recommend both Emilio and the company to anyone who wants reliable, high‑quality HVAC service.

  I had my yearly maintenance service on my system performed by Martin, a HVAC tech from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating . I found him knowledgeable regarding the likely failure issues of my system, and he checked out all the potential problems. My goal is to avoid having a system failure which requires emergency intervention which I feel they understand and support.
