  Mercury Rising installed a new A/C unit in our condominium in Naples, Florida in February 2020. The knowledge, timeliness, professionalism and quality of work were superb. Ralph Perez is top notch. His nephew Brandon who supervised and helped with the installation was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure the installation was done in a professional and timely manner. The followup by Ralph Perez, even after installation and payment was very gratifying. I could not recommend an A/C firm more highly. Sincerely, Peter Wolverton

  I've been using Mercury Rising for my home and businesses for almost 14 years. I don't trust any other company to keep me comfy. Ralph and his team ALWAYS go above and beyond. They realize that not everyone in Naples is made of money and they don't overcharge you. Ralph has always quoted me a fair price and a few times the final cost was less, but never over the estimated cost. This week he sent our Ricardo and Brandon. These men spent hours here doing a full maintenance service on our AC. They worked the entire time without even breaking for lunch. Our AC is in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier. If you need a new AC or an AC repair, this is the company to call. The owner is also hands on and local. Ralph and team, we are so thankful that I found you many years ago.   Mercury Rising crews were very proffesional.?they replaced the old A/C unit in my house with a new Ruud system with a manufactors 10 year warranty on major parts. They pulled the required permits and did an amazing job.
