We have replaced everything they have said and we STILL have the problem! Now I have waited 4 days for them to show being told I am on the schedule but them not showing! The lady that answered the phone then snapped at me like it was my fault I was upset with having to stay at home 4 days in a row and waiting on them. I have never given a bad review before but wow I have never seen such awful customer service
