  Ryan Highfield provided a complete and thorough analysis of our system that failed due to a coil leak. It wasn’t pretty but Ryan eased our pain with a prompt and courteous proposal that was cost effective. He also stayed later in order to complete the financing and all the necessary paperwork so we could have cooling again in two days because of the emergency situation! Truly pleased with Ryan and the crew from Family Air Conditioning!! And then installation team of Giordany, Eduardo, and Leo were amazing in their speed and accuracy and friendly nature that helped us in so many ways! Thanks again to the entire team at Family Air Conditioning!!

  Josh was on time and very thorough in explaining what the maintenance consisted of and what we needed to help our AC unit run in tip top shape. Checked the unit on the inside as well as the outside. Didn't feel like we were getting scammed or pressured into anything, unlike other companies we have dealt with. Took his time and answered all our questions. Thanks Josh!

  Ryan just finished up work on our home A/C unit and did an outstanding job. Not only did he complete the work (changing the location of our UV lamp and installing a surge protector) but also adjusted and improved the mounting of some of the insulation inside the A/C unit. He also answered all questions regardless of how mudane they were. His courteous and friendly manner also made us feel comfortable. He took extra time to explain things. His work and manner are above expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor are much appreciated.

  We asked Family Air to check or hvac system to assess overall health. Elvis spent some time looking at all components before reporting his findings. Elvis was very knowledgeable of ac systems and did well to explain all aspects of the system including positive features the system had (which we were not aware of) as well what should be added to improve efficiency. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them highly.

  Family Air came highly recommended to me from a family member. This is my 2nd service call with them and they definitely stand out among the many AC companies in the So Fla area, so much I now have a service maintenance package with them. Being locally owned, they are able to provide timely service that accommodates my busy schedule, friendly and professional office staff that provide great follow up. On this particular service call Elvis was my service tech. I appreciated the appoint text that provided me with the time frame of his arrival, a brief intro & business pic of himself and a tracking link. Elvis arrived promptly within the time frame, was very respectful and friendly. In conversation with him, you can see he is very passionate about his career. Elvis did a great job educating me on my ac system and how to care for it properly in our So Fla climate. He provided the service needed in a very professional manner including respect to my home with the nice touch of shoe covers to protect my floors. Thank you to everyone at Family Air for such a great overall experience!
