The office answer Yes come on in ,WOW how cool is that. Dr.Hays and staff all very friendly with a smile,,installed a crown. Perfect,later that night received a phone call ,Dr. Hays ask how I was doing ,any paine,discomfort. Never in my experience had any Dr. called to check up. This Dr. earned my future business. He listened intently regarding my dental issues giving advice on various fronts. Doctor Eliot was courteous and has a comfortable manner in learning about my concerns.

I suffered a broken molar on a Saturday evening in Oklahoma and given that I am new to the area did not have a local dentist. After getting a referral from a current patient I reached out to the team at Parkside. Within 15 minutes (on Saturday evening!) Dr. Hays reached out to me via text seeking pictures and wanted to know if there was pain. When I told him there was no pain he told me his team would reach out on Monday morning. At 7:58 am on Monday morning Karen from the office reached out to check on my condition and scheduled my visit for Tuesday morning. After arriving at the office I was greeted by the front office team who were wonderful. I was then brought in, right on time, and Dr Hays swiftly evaluated my situation and informed me that I would need a filling and a crown. The front office immediately gave me an estimate and checked on my insurance coverage. The procedure was completed without delay or pain and I was on my way by 11 am. At 7 pm that evening Dr. Hays personally reached out to check on my status. The office checked on me again the next morning. Parkside is a very well run office, Dr Hays is extremely professional and empathetic. His team across the board was excellent. This was by far my best dental experience ever. Thank you to the Parkside team!

They are thorough in dental work and take their time. The hygienists have always done a great job as well. I appreciate how they reach out after fillings to check in on how I'm doing. I get a lot of anxiety at the dentist but they are always very patient with me. I feel very cared for at Parkside.
