  Let me start off with the individuals who performed the service were very nice. However, When we first signed up, the initial tech explained that the membership would be $20 per month and that service calls, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, would be free. Based on that information, we enrolled. Six months later, we needed a weekend service call and were told it would be $79.99 plus the cost of repairs. When we asked to schedule it for Monday instead, we were still quoted $79.99. Only then were we told the membership simply reduced the fee from $99.99 to $79.99… not that service calls were free as originally explained. When we shared what we were told at signup, we were informed that was incorrect and nothing could be done. We immediately canceled our membership. It’s frustrating to feel like you agreed to something based on inaccurate information. And makes me not trust them as a company as a whole. We will not be using them again due to this. If we can’t trust them on something as simple as their membership terms, how should we trust them that they’re doing the work they say they are do our unit. Never again.

  The maintenance program is very good and Raphael was very good at helping me understand the conditions and needs of my system. He is both knowledgeable and professional. Florida has a unique environment on AC units and he was very helpful. UV light for mold mitigation. Thank all again.

  I had been a relatively happy customer for the past few years with One Hour until their last visit. I had asked ahead of time if the technician would be able to install new Nest thermostats, due to my current ones being discontinued by Nest/Google. Shame on me for not asking the cost ahead of time! The technician came and performed normal maintenance then installed the new thermostats, which took about 10/15 minutes for both installs. He wasn’t going to charge me for the installation, but after calling in to the office, (they always try to upsell you something) I was told the installations would cost $350 per unit. When I called the office to talk about the price, I was eventually put on hold so “he could talk to the manager” . There was a discussion alright, and one of the two fools unmuted the phone, whereby I could hear their entire conversation. When I acknowledged I could hear them talking about me, they immediately disconnected the call and my future calls went to voicemail. Unprofessional and childish. The only reason I’m writing this review months later is that I’m annoyed once again by this company enough to write a negative review. My heater was not working during this recent cold snap. Obviously I used a different hvac company, the new technician was troubleshooting and immediately found the problem was the thermostat was installed incorrectly, the wrong heat source was selected. So not only did they price gouge me back in October but they price gouged me on something they didn’t even do correctly anyway. They stink, I’m no longer a customer.

  WE WERE VERY PLEASED W/ OUR ONE HOUR AIR TECH MARTIN HE IS VERY HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ,VERY PROFESSIONAL KNOWS HIS JOB WELL AND LIKES WORKING FOR ONE HOUR AIR. THIS IS ENCOURAGING TO HAVE THIS PERSON MAINTAINING OUR AIR UNIT. WE WANT MARTIN EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! WE WILL ASK FOR MARTIN WHEN WE CALL ONE HOUR AIR WE WILL SEE WHEN MARTIN IS AVAILABLE.MARTIN IS VERY RESPECTFUL! MARTIN WORN BOOTIES AND WAS VERY CAREFUL W/ EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!   One Hour Air Conditioning and Heat were able to come out to my address with the hour, sell me services that ultimately did not fix my issue. I paid $413 dollars to clean the AC and was guaranteed that, that was issue of the foul smell. I called them back the next day to say I’m having the same issue and a different guy comes out does absolutely nothing but yap and tries to sell me a new ac. Saying that the replacement of duct work would be 9k if 2000 square feet. Call someone else other than this company. I was impressed the first day but disappointed that their solutions weren’t the answer to my problem. Seems like they are just after collecting money and have no idea how to fix my issue.
