  I didn’t think I had mold as I could not see any but I was having symptoms in my home that my doctor couldn’t explain. So I did some research and discovered it could be mold and mycotoxins. I found this company as they are experts on the field. Bill came out and discovered I had an hvac issue that was causing high humidity in my home and as it turns out I had high counts of mold. He was so thorough and discovered the mold and moisture issues in my home. He walked me through the whole process and gave me confidence that I could in fact have a “Mold Safe Home”

  “ I called Bill to come out to my mother’s home because I knew I she had mold as she is always sick and spends most of her time at home. Other remediation companies we inquired with assured us there wasn’t any mold in our home. After Bills very thorough mold inspection he discovered her HVAC was emitting too much humidity into her home and causing Aspergillus/Penicillium mold to grow on cabinets, in vanities, on leather, and various other places that the other companies said was dust. After 24 hours we received the test results and in fact the environment was contaminated. He got us in touch with an hvac company to fix the humidity problem and recommended a local remediation company to remediate the home. Then Bill came back to clear our home of Mold. Now my mom can get well in a clean mold free environment. We are very grateful to have found Mold Safe Homes Thanks you guys

  My kids' bedroom is in our lower level and were constantly sick. I had Bill at Mold Safe Homes do an inspection. He was able to find the reasons my kids were getting exposed to mold and gave us the directions on what to do to have a permanent remedy. We are grateful and highly recommend their inspection services.
