Tyler talked me through the issue and the solutions including selecting a new toilet from his replacement options. A new toilet was delivered to the condo and the installation complete before noon, the same morning! Fast, efficient, service! Tyler did an excellent job and is a great representative of Mike's Plumbing.

The company sent a text with a photo of whom to expect and Tyler called when he was on the way. He went above and beyond with a plethora of toilet repairs and pipe checks following a water leak that tripled our regular water bill. The estimate exactly matched the final bill, with no hidden fees. Tyler was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. On a side note - he was very sweet and personable with my 90 year old mother. I would highly recommend Mike's Plumbing here in Naples. We will only use them for any future issues.
