  Lee showed up on time, explained why our garbage disposal stopped working, and gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the one we had with a much better unit. Lee was professional and efficient. Will use Hancock Plumbing again.

  First trip could not fine part on truck or supply store’s. Not surprised I had expected this might be the case. Lee was back in 2 days arriving early, work done quickly and clean. Very professional and friendly both times.both toilets working with no problems.

  Been dealing Hancock for about 14/years and they are the Best there is for plumbing. Always show up when they say they will and always do a Professional job and leave the space clean.

  Was horrible. Charged us$1,271 for 45 minutes labor and $35 in parts. Plumber originally estimated up to 2 hours but said he would have to charge us 4 hours because the computer estimated the time at double his estimate. Discussed with office and I quote “computer does what computer is going to do and no one can change computer. When he did the work it took 45 minutes but he was so embarrassed about the rate that he sat in his van for 15 minutes so it at least looked like he worked an hour. They charged us $27.46 per minute. When he blew his nose cost me 10.00. He was embarrassed when he asked us to pay the bill. If you like getting ripped, this place is where to go. Hope I can save you from being the sucker we were.
