We were particularly impressed by how incredibly conscientious Jonathan and his team were throughout the entire job. The new hardwood floors are absolutely stunning. I believe one could have their preferences and needs met by their inventory. Perhaps this is why the Second experience has been so disappointing, which involves the customer experience. After Being helped with our choice by a very friendly sales person, when we did make the choice, there was complete confusion. No communication between the counterparts, and surprising to us, we never saw our salesman again. It seemed as if no one knew where anyone else was (Other than off), nor any familiarity with the customer. Every call I made was answered with a crypt “Hadingers”, And my question was always answered with “OK I’ll connect you.” I guess my most surprising and biggest complaint is that it seems the company is not making their employees happy, efficient, or, more importantly, customer focused. Caveat: Their installer is proficient and skillful, a pleasure to have in the home.
