    I called to request a technician to come diagnose the issues with my system because my water was slightly green and smelled funny. The “technician” that showed, walked past my water system and straight to my front door. He was there for a total of 9 minutes and did not inspect or attempt to diagnose the issue with my system. When I called on May 19, the technician had not written up the proposal to replace my system. I asked the woman on the phone what was wrong with my system and she said “it’s old and can’t be fixed.” I asked what was wrong/the issue and why my water was green and received the same answer of “it’s old”. I asked to speak with the owner regarding the issue of his technician saying it can’t be fixed when he didn’t even look at my system. It’s been over 1 week and still have not had a call back. I would not recommend to call them for service/repairs.

    Charlie was the most helpful and informative. And I punished him with questions. We ve used GG Well for - well, forever. 35 = yrs. They not always perfect but they have been quick to try to help. And its appreciate. Trust the latest addition will improve the water quality. I rarely write reviews. This may be my 3ed review ever. I ll chime in again. MC

    Horrible customer service! Absolutely disrespectful and won't reason with me to find a resolve on very expensive equipment. They DO NOT actually service my equipment even though I pay monthly for it. They refuse to communicate and honor commitments and contracts

    I have used GG Well numerous times and they are always prompt and very helpful. The cost is always fair and everyone is very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone as they are very honest people.
