I called Family Air and they were able to get a technician out to us later the same day. They kept us informed about the status of the technician arriving. The technician, Rene, arrived as expected, got right to work and was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolved it while explaining everything to us. He even fixed some shoddy work that had been done previously. We're very happy with the quick and efficient service and will use them for our HVAC needs going forward.
