  I’ve been working with Executive Custom Builders on my condo renovation, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The communication has been excellent from the start, which has made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Although the project isn’t complete yet, everything to date has been done in a timely manner, and they have consistently met deadlines. Their professionalism and attention to detail are top-notch. I’m excited to see the final result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality work!

  Our experience with Executive Carpentry was entirely positive. We would highly recommend them. Our project was a total renovation of a stacked 2-bedroom 2-bath condo, originally built in the 1970's. After we agreed on the Scope of Work, Executive Carpentry prepared and submitted the building permit to Collier County. We purchased all the flooring, tiles, countertops, backsplash, faucets for the bathrooms, wet bar, kitchen faucet and sink and all the kitchen appliances including the washer and dryer. Every delivery date was coordinated with Executive Carpentry to suit their project plan. Then we left for Canada. Executive Carpentry picked up the toilets from Home Depot, ordered after we left. They even agreed to have light fixtures delivered to their home when delivery dates were difficult to arrange to the condo! We were worried about being away while construction was going on, but we shouldn't have been; their communication was fabulous. We had regular video calls and any time they had a question about something, they called for direction before proceeding. When it became apparent that completing the little things - like picking the pulls for cupboards or drawers - would be better after we returned to Florida, there was no objection, even though final payment was withheld until these details and the punch list was completed. Unfortunately, a family emergency postponed our return by over two months. Ricky told us not to worry; they will complete the project whenever we returned. That reassurance was greatly appreciated during a time of extreme stress. And they were as good as their word. We love our beautiful, newly renovated condo! The punch list was very short and completed quickly. We would recommend Executive Carpentry without reservation, especially to those folks thinking of having a project completed without actually being in Florida. It was a pleasure working with them.

  We highly recommend Executive Carpentry (EC). The EC Family brought our Condo vision to Life. They bid one price based on the scope of work. The transition from that agreement to completion was effortless. The entire team, including ALL of their subcontractors, are perfectionist. They came recommended to us by neighbors and leave us with our recommendation.
