Last time the truck was”broken “ l went ahead and made a Google bad review for them and sells manager called me and he apologized. I trusted him. I thought maybe was a mistake. I deleted the review. This time l don’t accept any more apologies. They are the worst company l am dealing. I told the lady, l have bad experience with you and please don’t lie, l have a crew that I need to pay. They promised me dumpster will be Saturday at 9 :00 am at the place. l called them at 10 am sat, again the truck was broken, and she decided to reschedule it without my permission. I told her NO. I need full refund. She did it. I got email confirmation for full refund. Today (Sunday night) l got email and text messages for delivery tomorrow (Monday) Are they crazy?? This is how you do business?? I really don’t understand how they get the stairs. It’s the worst company, really unprofessional. All contractors be careful with them. Don’t even think anyone from discount dumpster try to call me to apologize again. “Buy “ new truck to have better business. Shame on you.

From the initial phone call to the final invoice, the office staff was informative and pleasant. The drivers showed up on time when they said they would for both drop off and pick up. We even had some overage on the tonnage, but were well-informed about that prior to signing the contract. We will definitely use Discount Dumpster Services again.
