  We had a great experience with Duane Williams from Conditioned Air Company. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give us helpful tips on how to properly care for our unit to keep it running efficiently. Duane was able to quickly detect the issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. He even stayed late to make sure the job was completed correctly after encountering some difficulty removing the old part. His professionalism, dedication, and kindness truly stood out. We’re very grateful for his excellent service and highly recommend him.

  Emanuel did our HVAC maintenance and subsequently installed a DER 3 Apco ev air purification system. He was always courteous and willing to answer questions. Also watching him complete his work showed he was knowledgeable, organized and knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work.

  I would like to take this opportunity to THANK GEORGE RATLIFF who came to my house today to perform the six month full maintenance George was right on time He was VERY knowledgeable of his work and diligent in making SURE he covered everything fully His attention to detail was second to none It was obvious that George takes his work very seriously and makes sure he covers everything with the highest of standards George was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain the why's and how's of all the parts of the AC System George is a true asset to Conditioned Air I look forward to the next six month maintenance with GEORGE RATliff I want him to know how much I appreciate his work!   I have been a client for over 15 years and up until recently have been a satisfied customer. However, on October 24th, 2025 I had my semi annual maintenance service and after the technician left I checked and he did not replace the filter which is a standard practice and part of the maintenance agreement. Now, they charged my credit card for the annual maintenance agreement without my authorization. I called and spoke to someone on January 27th. She had her supervisor in the billing department reach out and he told me on the phone that he would be refunding that amount to me. No apology, but then again all I wanted was a refund to my credit card. Now, here in am two weeks later still waiting for my refund and hoping I get a call back from Kaleb or Ginger today on the its status. I am starting to wonder if they are having financial issues because a simple refund back to my credit card shouldn’t take two weeks. Also, along the way no one even tried to retain my business and keep me as a customer which says a lot about the culture there. 2/12 Thank you. I finally got my refund on my credit card today. I wish along the way someone in a leadership position who was empowered to work with me could have taken a moment to reach out because I am confident we could have resolved the issue without all this extra work on your part and I would still be a satisfied client. I have been a client since 2008-09 and until recent events had always been satisfied. Your leaders really could be more accessible when you have a client like me who is upset rather than having me work through the middleman in the call center. Thanks again for helping me get this resolved.

  Michael George from Conditioned Air performed our semi-annual planned maintenance on our air conditioning units, and his work was outstanding. He was extremely conscientious and went well beyond what other technicians have done in the past, taking the time to be thorough and detail-oriented rather than rushing through the visit. Equally impressive was how clean and respectful he was of the premises. He kept everything neat while working and left the area spotless when he was finished, which is not always the case with service calls. Michael’s professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly set him apart. I highly recommend Michael George and hope to have him service our units again in the future.
