A second technician completed the installation of the new parts. AC system is humming along the way it should be. Both techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Conditioned Air did a great job!
- JSJulie Schouten6 days ago1.0This company installed 2 complete units for us 5 years ago. Every year it is a $2000 fix for a “part” under warranty that does not include labor. Seems like the price of repair must be including the part for 2 hours labor. They replaced same air coil 2 years in a row, management said when we called we didn’t have the right units for our house, even though they are the units they recommended and had no problem selling to us. Now waiting 10 days without air conditioning for a blower motor, techs are pleasant but your just throwing away money if you use this company

He showed up when expected (called when 15 minutes out as well) and did a great job with the inspection & maintenance. He also answered some questions I had about the system. Overall VERY pleased with this service and technician. I recommend this company for this type of of service, and will be using them in the future.

Had to call almost daily to get a response and date to service internal coil on out of warranty issue. It was not until sales responded with the intent of a new unit a month later than the unit went down did anything get done. We were also on a service contract and long standing customer. Last chance for them.

He discussed options to avoid a flood in future, got us a quote, ordered the part and made an appointment to return the next day to install the part. He provided excellent service both days. We were very impressed, best tech we ever had!! Hope he’s our service technician all the time!!
