- BOBrittany OrrFeb 8, 20265.0We had a great experience working with Carney Quality Construction on our recent home renovation. We remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed LVP flooring and new baseboards in the rest of our home. The planning phase lasted about 8 weeks and the construction lasted about 10 weeks (including multiple holiday weeks). The subcontractors were very professional and truly provided quality products and services. Our project manager Gary was helpful and communicated with us in a timely manner. We finished the project on budget from our initial consultation, and there were no surprise fees. We would highly recommend Carney to friends and family looking for a contractor.
- NSNancy SchusterJan 15, 20265.0We recently worked with John Carney and his team on 3 different projects. First was our Master Bath. What we liked was that we were given not just options but VERY helpful suggestions. With our ideas and John's professional knowledge the project came out great. Our updated Master Bath is just what we wanted. Our second project with Carney Quality Construction was in our kitchen. We had a water leak which caused considerable damage. Again John made suggestions to not just fix the problem but to update with needed new flooring, cabinets and countertops. We now love the way it looks. It's bright, more functional and modern . . . .a winning upgrade! Lastly due to the ongoing water leaks in our old cooper pipes, John suggested we replace all the piping in our unit. A major job however he and his team suggested a cost effective solution which included drywalling, taping and painting for this large project. It looks wonderful. We're so happy we did this knowing our new piping will keep us leak free for a very long time. Everyone we dealt with at Carney Quality Construction has been knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and most of all professional. They were always available to answer our many questions, assist with our insurance, billing was transparent, kept the workplace clean and updated us almost daily on how the project was progressing. Communication was key since we were 1,200 miles away for a good part of the project. We would say Carney Quality Construction is top notch and we would recommend them for any project large or small.
