He made suggestions for items that, in his professional opinion, thought would improve the functionality or aesthetics of my projects. I am doing a kitchen and a bath and his experience saved me from making several costly mistakes. His sales style is 100% pressure free, allowing his clients to feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
- SCSharon ChaneyAug 21, 20252.0We ordered cabinets last year and the sales person we had was sent to another store right when our cabinets were being put in and the other coworkers did not seem to know or be able to help with any of our questions we would leave multiple messages and no one would call back and we would have to call over and over again! Also the color white that we ordered was not the color that we received. Even the people at cornerstone told me the color That we received did not look like the color in the email that cabinets to go said was correct!! They get you to purchase their cabinets And then that is pretty much where there help ends! They are not available or helpful with any questions during or after the fact! It's a year later and we called yesterday with questions regarding the whole spaces for the shelves in the cabinet and the gentleman acted like he would call right back and again never received a phone call! This is what reminded me of how they operated since we hired them and I decided to leave this review. That is very overdue!!!

I went on a Saturday of a Holiday Weekend. Prepare. Do your homework on their web site. Easy directions to give them the information they need to complete your project. Brant fit me in his Schedule and his next appointment came in and we took a break and ran some errands. We got a lot done in the first segment of our appointment and when I came back we finished up. I had a good idea of what I wanted and my contractor was with. Brant did a nice job showing that he cared. I know it helped that I assured him I was going to get this done today since I live in Minnesota and working on a condo project in Naples. Time will tell on the next step. And yes you need to find your own counter top installer. I worked with IGs from Tampa. So far first call. And Cabinets are nice.
