  I have an unknown leak and when the leak detecting company turned off my water supply line it would not go back on. Quinton arrived within a couple of hours of my call to Aztec. He had the shutoff valve replaced in no time. Quinton was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and neat.

  WILL NOT USE AGAIN! They sent the most incompetent plumber imaginable—and on top of that, the guy was a scammer. He walks in and, without any analysis whatsoever, immediately tells us we need a new garbage disposal. Then he claims that replacing it with the same model will cost $600. $600!! So I drive to Home Depot myself and buy a new disposal. I even send him a picture before leaving the store, and he confirms it’s the right replacement. Meanwhile, while I’m gone, he tries to sell my wife a used and dented unit he had sitting in his van. Seriously, WTH? He installs the one I bought and is almost finished when he suddenly realizes he never checked whether it came with an electrical cord. It didn’t. So back to Home Depot I go to get the attachment kit. On my way there, he calls to tell me not to buy it because he “doesn’t know how to connect it.” Unbelievable. So I buy a different disposal instead. Now he’s insisting I need a model with the exact same top so he can connect the ring to the sink—even though garbage disposals are universal fit. But apparently this was a huge ordeal for him. I get home, show him the second disposal, and he’s panicking again about whether the top will connect. Then he says that if it doesn’t, he’ll have to charge an additional fee. Keep in mind: the price he quoted was to “replace a garbage disposal,” all-inclusive, no strings attached. By this point I had already called his manager, who confirmed there should be no extra fees and had no idea why the plumber tried to charge us $600 for the first unit—or why he tried to sell us a used, dented one. It took him maybe three minutes to attach the second disposal. But the entire time he kept saying he wasn’t sure it would hold because “the rings didn’t match,” and then—this is the best part—he advised us not to put food down the garbage disposal because it might leak or fall off. Yes, the brand‑new disposal he just charged nearly $300 to install. Absolutely ridiculous. I expected a follow‑up from the manager, an apology, maybe even a partial refund. Instead? Nothing. Do not use this company.

  We love Aztec plumbing, they hire knowledgeable and professional employees very reliable respectful and polite! Wilson showed up on Christmas eve in 45 minutes after my call..for a major sewer problem! Now that's customer service 👌! FYI they also did a complete repipe in my home! Great job Aztec! You will always have my business!

  We had our hot water heater start leaking late on a Saturday night. First thing Sunday morning, Nate was already here walking us through the options and had a new unit installed right away. The whole process was smooth, clear, and stress-free. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the pricing and options were explained upfront with no pressure. Really appreciate the fast response and solid work… especially on a weekend. Highly recommend Aztec Plumbing and Drain.
