He showed how to use an aerator key to remove the aerator, soak it in vinegar and reinstall it, so that our water flow out of the faucets will increase. Overall a great experience and we resigned for another annual service plan.

He was very professional and did a great job. I just wished he left my old shower head after he removed it. It was newer and wanted to keep it. I forgot to ask him to leave it. The aztec team over the phone was fantastic as well. My nly feedback was it was very expensive but great work

It took 5 visits and 9 days to fix. After all the hassle of multiple visits. They gave us $100 credit on FUTURE work. THEY KNEW WE REFERRED 3 NEW SYSTEM INSTALLS FOR FRIENDS. Manager never even apologized.
