  We recently had a whole-house generator installed by Always On Generators, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone we worked with—from the front office and billing team to the installers, the owner, and Jason, who walked us through our tutorial today—was professional, patient, and truly top tier. We faced several challenges getting our standby generator approved by both our HOA and the city, but William Hankins (the owner) was with us every step of the way. His guidance and support made the entire process so much easier. The installation was smooth, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. We cannot recommend Always On Generators highly enough for anyone needing a generator or backup power solution. An A+ company all around!

  We recently installed a new whole house generator. Always On Generators helped us through the whole process of choosing a generator, permitting, HOA documents, surveying, installation, gas tank hookup/filling, and post installation instructions and support. I had no idea that installing a generator was so complex. It is really important to have a really good contractor perform a generator installation. It is not a simple job and if done incorrectly can be a problem for your home electrical system as well as your safety. I would highly recommend AlwaysOnGenerators to my family and friends. They did a terrific job! There are very few companies that plan and execute a large installation as well as this one. Generators are a fairly large purchase, but if you need one, it is good to know that good vendors are available to help with the project. From start to finish, we were very happy and satisfied with the quality of work performed. The best part is not having to worry about the next power event! Thank you AlwaysOnGenerators for installing our generator!

  We have just completed the installation of the fourth generator purchased from Always On Generators and our experience continues to be consistently superior in both product and service. The company provides what they commit to, they show up on time, they complete their work in a timely manner, and their personnel are pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced. I will use them again if the need arises. We are very satisfied with the value received, the quality and the after-installation service experienced from all the generators purchased which have increased to the 40kw liquid cooled unit now being used.

  Such a top notch professional company! Highly recommend. We purchased a Generac whole house generator from Always on Generators and could not be happier. We also had a 500 gallon propane tank installed from Jacob’s Gas the same week. Everything about the installation was perfect. Scheduling was accurate and their estimates of time were exact from permitting to completion. We have run the generator for 20 hours now (two days) for testing purposes and no issues at all. Feeling so relieved to have a whole house generator even though I hope we don’t have to use it. Thank you Always On Generators.
