In a day and age where customer service is waning, these people have it figured out. They were absolutely phenomenal. Staring until 9pm on a Friday night and coming from 1-8pm on a Saturday. Whatever it took, they did, and I can’t thank them enough for the service and honesty. If you don’t use them, you are HUGELY mistaking. One last item. If you have the privilege of speaking with Odie, consider yourself blessed. He is the heartbeat behind the organization and amazing.

Odilon and his assistant explained what the process was going to be very clearly. He was able to dry out the closest and remove the damaged carpet. Odilon “Odi” came out the next day and did a thorough inspection and assured us there nothing to be concerned about. He gave us some good suggestions on how to keep moisture at a minimum. Odi, was kind, honest, and professional. Definitely an asset to the company.
