  Everyone at Aztec is amazing. I love dealing with highly qualified professionals who take their jobs seriously. Nate is one of those. I'm not crazy -at all - about having to talk to an AI software bot to schedule an appointment. These bottom line driven decisions are a disaster. Get the humans back involved and you might not squeeze as much juice out of the orange, but you'll have better juice. Had a great experience, as usual. I'd never think of calling anyone else.

  Erik Santiago did a fabulous job for us. Our disposal was not working and he came and assessed the situation and told us our 20 year old disposal had finally stopped working and he thought we should replace it….of course he came prepared with two sizes of disposals. He changed out the old disposal for the new…and he even emptied the whole cupboard under the sink on his own without our help. A very impressive plumber is he. Aztec is very lucky to have such a hardworking employee who knows his stuff. And the frosting on the cake he was very personable and always had a smile on his face.

  Nathaniel did a wonderful job and was very informative so we could be confident in making the right choice. His experience and care really showes as he worked. If your looking for plumbing service and great customer service then call Aztec. Highly recommended.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would!!! I am a 76 YO Veteran, that lives in Naples! My kitchen single handle faucet didn’t work on the hot side. I called Aztec plumbing because their ad said family owned for 30 something years. Initially, when I called them, they were very nice on the phone, I felt relieved! Their technician arrived at 2:20 PM yesterday! The technician did not even inspect the faucet, he just allowed me to show him what it was doing! He then told me he could drain my water heater … Which I told him was New! He then told me I should drain it every year! Then he told me I would need a new faucet… He told me it would be $1000 to a new kitchen faucet! I told him that was ridiculous, he told me if I had them install a faucet that I bought it would be $500! What a total rip off!!! I generally do not write a bad review, however, I do not want anyone else to be subjected to that type of businesses! I feel very much Taken advantage of, Just because of my situation!!! Aztec Plumbing is very disingenuous, and a horrible business! I would never recommend them, and in fact, I will do everything I can do To let others know about their business practices! I am writing this to make sure others do not experience a similar situation!!! PS … Their technician was not the Least bit understanding, sympathetic, or even act like he cared!!! As a follow up, I called and asked to talk to an owner or management member. Another service member called, and said she would look into it and would have someone call me back! THEY DIDN’T!!! I bought a new faucet, and a reputable plumber … it WASN’T even the faucet!!! He fixed it in 5 minutes for free!!!
