The homes we toured were beautiful and are some of the best floorplans we have seen so far compared to other nearby new construction communities. So far, so good! In reference to some other comments about masonry versus wood, as a structural engineer there is zero reason to be concerned about that. All homes need to be built to meet building code wind speeds regardless of material type.
