- GNGuilherme NardelliOct 30, 20255.0Trailsides by Ashton Woods in Mount Dora is beautiful! The homes are modern, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood feels peaceful yet close to everything, trails, restaurants, and easy access to 429. Great community and great builder!
- GGGioMay 2, 20252.0The community itself is nice, but I have concerns about transparency regarding future developments. In March, Mount Dora's leadership approved an industrial commerce center to the east of the property. There are plans for a light industrial site. There will be a 90 ft buffer between this community and the industrial site. Unfortunately, when I inquired about this empty site, the sales representative did not disclose these plans. Given that purchasing a home is a significant investment, I believe full transparency is essential for buyers to make informed decisions. The project in question is the Wolf Branch Innovation District.
- RGRichard GriffingMar 24, 20253.0I live across the street in the established Sullivan Ranch complex. What first caught my eye are the frames. You want a cinder block frame for hurricane purposes and Trailside is using wood. This could increase the risk of damage and also increase home insurance rates. I also noticed that some of the homes are built unusually close to each other. Far closer than any new homes I've seen in the Orlando area.

Replying to your reply: I don't care to share my information with you because I am not interested in a home built from plywood, no matter how quality you claim it is.
