- DMDonovan MaldonadoMar 7, 20255.0Wow Its Been an incredible Experience, and all Thanks to Roland Barcenilla and Richmond American Homes, Been looking and looking in this horrible market for the past 2 years, and could not find the House of Our Dreams, until January 12, 2025 when we Met Mr Roland Barcenilla, we went to see a new Richmond Community in Apopka and Roland Was There, he even helped me measure to see if my Truck fitted in the garage (witch it did not) on the first house he showed us, but then he convinced me to follow him to Seasons at Wekiva Ridge, and showed us our Dream home, he worked with us from day one, made everything super easy, and every question and concern that me and my wife had, he answered and explained with detail and professionalism so much so that i am writing this review right now from My New Home at Seasons at Wekiva Ridge, we are so joyful and happy right now and all Thanks To Roland Barcenilla and Richmond American Homes, it took us less than 2 months, from the day that i met Roland to the day that i was signing my Closing, and even after closing he still checks up to address any concerns or to offer help in any way we need to adjust to this new experience as new Homeowners, Thank You so much Roland, For helping Me and my Family enjoy our Dream Home. These reviews seen to be posted only to boost the rating. Please be fair and have residents and future buyers post there honest reviews. Polte has been alos doing this in the area to higher there comps. Shame 😪
