Warren, our sales representative, was exceptional from day one. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. Most importantly, he was never pushy or overbearing, he truly listened to what we wanted and guided us without pressure. His expertise gave us tremendous confidence in our decision. Jake, the construction manager, was equally outstanding. His responsiveness and communication are second to none. Any time we had a question or concern, he responded quickly and clearly, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. What impressed us most is that his support didn’t stop at closing. Even afterwards he remains easy to reach, helpful, and committed to making sure everything is right. That level of continued care is rare and deeply appreciated.
