  If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been loyal Peaden customers for years. Every time they come, they find something for you to spend a grand on. They inspected my HVAC system after we bought our home and told us everything was great - they routinely serviced the unit. Within 7 months the unit broke (a week after they serviced it) Basically the unit ran out of freon because there was a slow leak that they could not find after numerous attempts. They had to order a part and they did and replaced it, but then a few months after that the system started making an awful noise. Freon was depleted again. But this time the unit was charred - basically what we have found out after meeting with several local HVAC companies, (who found the leak in seconds) our ductwork was not properly installed - it's kinked and a mess. the unit is now on it's last legs so we called to get quotes - now because of Peaden's incompetence (inability to find the leak which led to the compressor to go bad and not letting us know about the ductwork problems) we are spending $32K to replace the entire system and ductwork. Thanks for nothing Peaden. Peaden is not the company that installed the unit with the prior owner, but we were loyal customers - which we no longer are. Save you rmoney - go elsewhere. And, icing on the cake, when we asked our neighbors who they would recommend, they practically unanimously said "don't use Peaden."

  The quote to replace 3 light switches and a porch light was $500. I supplied all parts. Estimated 1-.1/2 hour! It cost me $89 to get this quote. Don’t waste your money on this SCAM
