    We just moved in earlier October and we are in love with this community and the surroundings. The whole buying process was extremely smooth with Abe and the LandSea team. Very professional, rapid response to all my last minute demands, especially Abe who made himself always available, even on day's he was off work.

    What can I say about Courtney, she literally made my dreams come true. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was throughout this journey. She kept me and my husband aware of every detail and never let me feel lost in the process. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made me feel so supported. It was like having family by my side. She truly made all things possible, and I will forever be grateful for her role in helping me achieve my dream of buying my first home. Everton was also amazing!! When we went to orientation he had already addressed all our issues, and we are still in contact with him, not bc we have had issues, just bc he was a great person and really on top of his work.
