  R&K Milton Florida worked with me to design a well house and did a custom build on my property. They built roughly an 8x10 structure with a gable roof. The 2x6 roof structure was sturdily built, along with 2x4 studded walls including a pressure treated sill on my existing concrete. The entire structure was enclosed with quality OSB and finished with a Baker Metal exterior to match my pole barn. The metal roof was made to provide an easy opening hatch for when the pump needs to be replaced. All I provided was an out swing exterior door from Lowe's and had it ready when they arrived. I needed it done in 3 weeks and they completed the project on time. Strongly recommend R&K buildings.

  This company goes above and beyond. They're very reasonably priced and the service is exceptional. Feel at ease when you do business with them, they've got your back. I can't say enough about the excellent communication also. I work out of town so it's tough for me to make things happen back home, this company took care of everything and did an exceptional job. Thanks R&K Buildings, I will definitely be back.
