  Update 08/2024: Jim has put the best team together, normal maintenance AND peace of mind! Chris is amazing, love all your people! Update 04/2024: routine maintenance for the upcoming hurricane season, once again this company is ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS providing peace of mind! Keep up the great work! O3/2023:OUR local Generac all house natural gas folks, from start (3 years ago) to annual maintenance, they are the go to company for all your generator needs!

  I did a lot of research before calling 10 different companies for a quote on installing a generator to run our entire home without any extra capacitors for the air conditioning and whatever else . There were 2 no shows and 1 tried to sell me a generator one and a half times the size I needed 2 wanted to reschedule the time pushing the appointment back 2 &3 days. That left 5 companies to meet with, Nationwide was not the most inexpensive and not the most expensive. But they were the most professional and when Bonnie said they would be here on this day at this time and they were. Jim is as professional as they come and there was no pressure sales . I also have the monitor service they offer and they know if something is going on before I know , Nationwide is my go to company for everything electrical . If you are shopping for a generator Jim & Bonnie are great to deal with and Nationwide is 100% turn key, if I’m going to spend my money I enjoy spending it with Jim and Bonnie.

  I wanted to leave a good review because when I first called nationwide electric, Jim came to my house, he was one of the nicest guys. However, I wasn’t the happiest with my electricians today. While working in my house, I heard some unprofessional comments. I would walk away from the workers and they would make jokes( that I could hear) & stop when I got back in the room. Just know that you made my son unhappy with your rude comment today. I will not be working with you guys again. Bonnie, you’re the sweetest and I wish Jim was the electrician who came today. Thank you for your help. Update: Bonnie called me last night and talked to me about the situation. They’re the nicest people I’ve talked to. Thank you again.

  I had Nationwide Electric come out and install a generator for me!!! The gentleman that I spoke with about the estimate was so very nice and professional. It was a really nice visit with no pressure. Then the customer service from Ms Bonnie in the office is also very nice!! The gentleman came to deliver and set up the unit, run the trench, etc were very professional and kind, cleaned up everything, even brought my packages from the gate back to my front door before leaving!!! Very sweet and kind people that take care of their customers!!! If I need any type of electrical work in the future, I will definitely call Nationwide!!!
