- DADaniel AjabshirSep 12, 20241.0Worst elevator company I have ever experienced. We have five elevators in our building, and at any given time, one or two—sometimes even three—are out of service. Their excuse is always “waiting for parts,” which takes months and months to arrive. An update to this: Ever since our building switched to a different company, our elevators never break! It’s crazy how awful this company was—it almost seemed like they were intentionally breaking the elevators just to charge for repairs, like some kind of money-laundering scheme. This is the worst company ever! If you even consider using them, you’ll regret it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away—choosing this company will be a decision you’ll hate. I promise you, you’ll regret it forever.
