  Sold me one of their brand pumps, even though that wasn't the model and brand I showed them when I went to purchase the pump. It hasn't been a year since we've had the pump. I have had two certified plumbers examine and test the pump. Both say it's not working but when my mom took it to them, they somehow put it on a machine and says it works. I think because she was an older woman they just showed her some type of illusion and said it was still working. I'm sure it's still under some type of warranty and could be replaced.

  I called King Pump with a very obscure part request. While they did not have it, they found me a location that might. These guys are very helpful and courteous!

  Kings Pumps "Eddie" was really short and not willing to help with warrantee questions on a pump I bought less than a year ago...When buying the pump the sales person was really helpful in helping me pick the right pump. Eddie got angry when I asked if it would be covered under warrantee and told me he would give me a contact in my area to call for the part I needed. I will not purchase from them again because of the rude treatment when trying to get a replacement part that I was willing to pay for even though it should not have failed. I found the part I needed at Wholesale Pumps Direct, it was a good experience ordering the pump parts I needed.
