Danny Cook has always taken great care of the larger organization and immediately set me up with Stefanie Williams when I had a project out-of-territory. She was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and kind. She was able to make some magic happen when I needed even more storage than originally anticipated and due to her efforts, we were able to continue our project seamlessly. This kind of diligence and extra effort is so rarely seen in the construction world. We are grateful for her help and for everyone at United Rentals for making our business look so good!

I sent a request, few days ago and I have a job scheduled for tomorrow, nobody called me to say they don't have anything available and I called to ask simple things and the attendant was super rude. I work for a company that uses to rent plenty of lifts and I am going to rent with their competition. Hope this feedback helps to improve the service, or maybe they won't even care as they're fully booked and too busy to care.
