Raymond was compassionate and very generous with the customer. He ultimately made 3 trips to the property on the same day to take care of her and help her from being penalized from the inconvenience we encountered. On the day of the inspection, Brennan, the inspector, arrived earlier than scheduled; he had already taken roof pictures with his drone—pretty impressive!
