- JCJohn CathcartJan 11, 20251.0Beware. Run away from this company. We live in 50 Biscayne Blvd., a 500 unit condo in downtown Miami. We have five elevators in our building and TKE has not been able to keep all five running in the last two years. On average, they are only capable of fixing three at any time in the year. Someone told me they are a monopoly in Miami so they don’t have a good reason to become a better company and provide a better service.
