- JDJeffrey DavisFeb 14, 20185.0Southern Marine rebuilt a seawall at my house after another local company (that had installed it) could not figure out why it kept cracking. The repairs were perfect and lasted for years. I also had Southern Marine install a new dock and two boat lifts. They worked seamlessly with my architect,engineer ,electrician and plumber to make sure all the drawings and plans would be approved.Their work product and attention to detail was excellent. I would strongly recommend this company.They have been in business for many years, have the respect of the building departments throughout Miami-dade County and honor their contracts .

- JGJustin GouldNov 21, 20122.0Terrible experience. Robert Rossi is full of promises & expectations that he just doesn't live up to. I am going on 6 months and still no lift yet. He told me that permitting would only take 2-3 months, so don't believe what he tells you. He never returns phone calls or emails, except when he needs his next payment. Now he refuses to install my lift until the electrical work is completed; well, his very own electrical contractor(Moody Electric) won't do the job until Robert puts his lift in. As a real estate developer, it makes perfect sense for the lift to be installed before the electricians do their work. Before you hire him, ask me for pics of how my dock turned out!!!!
